KS3 Sessions (Years 7–8)

Based on Oh My Gods and Friendship Never Ends (ages 11+):

• Assembly Talk: So You Want to Be a Writer?

  A lively, personal talk about how I became a writer, with practical tips for aspiring authors.

• Creative Writing Workshop: 21st Century Gods

  Pupils explore ancient mythology and reimagine gods for modern life—think goddess of music streaming or god of memes—to reflect today’s values.

• Highly interactive sessions designed to engage even the most reluctant writers.

KS2 Sessions (Years 5–6)

Based on Alyssa & The Spell Garden (ages 9+):

• Creative Writing Workshop: Making Plant Magic

  Pupils create their own magical plant to help the community and write a spell poem inspired by its powers.

• Themes include community, identity, and heritage.
